Tara Kathleen Designs started because I love real estate, travel and design. Corporate Housing and Short Term Rentals brings them all together. I have an Interior Design degree and a career in Residential Property Management and Executive Administration.

I have been a landlord. I did not enjoy it due to having to evict a tenant and huge property damage repairs from a pipe bursting. Lots of time and money lost. It steered me away from real estate for over ten years.

I entered real estate differently this time. I have the experience, know the issues and have put safe guards in place to make sure the headaches decreased and the money increased.

My mission is To help landlords truly make their investment passive by managing short-term rentals and providing guests with a beautiful place to stay.
